Learnership's credentials

This site is our only form of marketing other than our clients' recommendations. Why do they do this? They say it's simply because we deliver what we promise, and then something on top (we help them do this too).

No job is too big or small. We work regularly with banks growing their 70,000 people but also a local nursery growing their 25 people (and 70,000 trees...).

John Williamson - MA Leadership - Managing Director

Extensive banking & business experience in the corporate, retail, HR and OD. Since founding Learnership in 2000, has presented, consulted, and trained in the UK and internationally, in Northern Europe, Russia and South America, on leadership, culture, OD & e-learning, and knowledge flow. Qualified practitioner in Myers Briggs Step I & II, and FIRO B personality instruments.

Masters degree (2000) included four-year period of study majoring upon cultural change, leadership development, and knowledge management. Fellow of Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (FCIPD).

Brian Rowe - ACIB - Information Manager

Manager and Technical Analyst with extensive business experience in Financial Services. Advanced IT competencies in SAS programming (BASE, MACRO, SQL, HTML), AS/400 query language, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), Access & Excel, Microsoft SQL Server and SPSS Answertree.
